What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, country, topic and message. Do not attach photos of identity documents or card details; we have no use for them.

How we use it

To reply to you, to correct our guides and, where you report a scam, to decide whether to pass the information to the relevant authority. Your details are never sold or used for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request". If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to answer them, and keep our log of corrections.
