Mark Dent writes the guides on fake licences, permits, theory test certificates and other documents, and on the official way to get or check each one. They sit in two groups:
Method in brief
- Every fee, rule and penalty is lifted from the issuer's page or the Act itself, with a checked date beside each fee.
- Anything unconfirmed is dropped or flagged as reported.
- No seller is named or linked.
