Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, country, topic and message. Please never send photos of identity documents, Social Security numbers or payment details.

How we use it

To reply, to correct a guide, and, if you report a scam, to decide whether to pass details to a relevant authority. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice will say so first.

Your choices

Use the contact form with the topic “Privacy request” to ask what we hold or to have it deleted. Privacy laws differ among U.S. states, and we will honor deletion requests wherever they come from.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep the corrections record.
