What we collect

Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, country, topic and message. Please do not send photos of ID, card numbers or passwords. We never need them.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to improve our guides and, if you report a scam site, to decide whether to pass the report on to an authority. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this notice and ask first where required.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, by writing through the contact form and choosing “Privacy request”. In Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada handles complaints under federal privacy law.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them. The corrections log stays public.
