Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, country, topic and message. Please do not send photos of identity documents or payment details; we never need them.

How we use it

To reply to you, to correct our guides and, where you report a scam, to decide whether to point you to the right agency. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact form and write “privacy request”. If you are unhappy with our response you can raise it with the Australian privacy regulator.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to answer them and to keep our record of corrections.
